Isabela Perle Münch

Isabela Perle Münch currently serves as the Chief Risk and Performance Officer for the Investment Office at the International Monetary Fund since December 2022. Prior to this role, Isabela was the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund from November 2017 to December 2022. Isabela's extensive experience includes positions such as Executive Director for Operational Risk Oversight at J.P. Morgan and Head of Brazil Global Banking and Markets Central Change at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. Additional past roles encompass CEO of Empirical Finance LLC, Director at BM&FBOVESPA, and Senior Financial Officer in the Office of Risk Management at the Inter-American Development Bank. Isabela holds a PhD in Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, various master's degrees in Finance and Statistics, and a BA in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Isabela is also pursuing a Certificate in Quantitative Finance from CQF Institute.
