Waleed Khalid Alshammari

Waleed Khalid AlShammari is an experienced safety professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Safety Manager at NEOM since June 2021, Waleed has held various roles including Safety Lead and Senior Safety Specialist. Prior to NEOM, Waleed worked at Maaden as a Safety Specialist from January 2019 to June 2021 and at Chemanol in multiple safety roles from July 2014 to December 2018, including Safety Inspector and Safety Technician. Waleed's earlier experience includes a position as a Safety Practitioner at Arkema-ArrMaz from April 2013 to July 2014. Waleed's educational background includes a Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety from the University of Hail, currently in progress, a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Faisal University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
