Heidi Rawson

Heidi Rawson is the Director of Organisational Alignment at Neometric, where they focus on activating the corporate soul by aligning strategy, culture, and operations with the organization's core purpose. With previous experience as a Senior HR Advisor and People Strategist at Vitil, Heidi has cultivated a mission to empower individuals and strengthen communities. Earlier roles include T & D/HR Officer at Wesfarmers and a position at Morrison. Heidi holds educational credentials from Griffith University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
