Iryna Potapenko

Iryna Potapenko currently serves as Lead Legal Counsel at Neon Labs, where responsibilities include overseeing legal matters for the first Parallelized Ethereum Virtual Machine on Solana, a project facilitating decentralized application development. Iryna has held positions as Senior Lawyer at P2H, handling legal documentation for global software solutions, and as Head of Legal at BlueChip.io, where corporate legal processes were managed across multiple regions. Additional experience includes legal advisory roles at Grant Thornton Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and as an In-house Lawyer at OMO Systems. Iryna holds a Master's degree in Commercial Law and Bachelor's degree in Advocacy from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, along with executive education in Supervisory Management from Michigan State University and specialization in Information Technology Law from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
