Jessica Johnson has over 10 years of work experience. Jessica began their career in 2005 as a Marketing & Development Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Fine Arts Center. In 2010, they held two roles simultaneously at Martha's Vineyard Museum as an Administrative Coordinator and a Development Associate at Martha's Vineyard Community Services. In 2011, they were appointed as the Assistant Manager for Development and Membership Services at Martha's Vineyard Museum. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Director of Development, Membership & Special Events at Martha's Vineyard Film Society. Jessica then worked as a Capital Campaign Assistant & Grant Writer at Heritage Museums & Gardens from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Arts People, a Neon One company, as a Client Services Representative. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Co Artistic Director at The Magnetic Theatre. Finally, they are currently the Director of Customer Support, Fundraising & Custom Systems Support Manager, Support Team Lead, and Client Success Associate at Neon One.

Jessica Johnson attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Design.
