Julie M. has over 20 years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2021, they began working as Lead SMB Client Success Manager at Neon One, where they work with a cross-functional internal implementation team to onboard new customer success platform to scale meaningful client engagement, drive user adoption, and decrease time-to-value. Julie also works in Outbound Sales Development, creating an outbound lead generation process.
