Andrew Bostwick

Andrew Bostwick, MBA, serves as the Director of Operations at NEON since July 2025, following a role as Senior Manager of Global Strategy and Operations at Endpoint from March 2024 to July 2025. Prior experience includes multiple operations management positions at DoorDash from June 2020 to March 2024, as well as serving as Operations Project Manager at Shamrock Foods Company and Operations Manager at Western Dairy Transport, LLC. Andrew's career began in the United States Air Force, where significant responsibilities were held as a Senior Airman in the Military Police from June 2012 to June 2018. Andrew holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Entrepreneurship from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, alongside an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force and a residency in Managing Business, Public Affairs, and Public Policy from The Washington Campus.
