Patrick Gough is a seasoned professional in strategic account management and customer success, currently serving as a Strategic Account Specialist at NEON since July 2024. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Strategic Customer Success Manager at Spectrio, where responsibilities included managing corporate relationships with high-profile clients such as John Deere and Honda Power Equipment, and overseeing product launches utilizing advanced AI technologies.
