Nenad Mišković

Nenad Mišković has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nenad is currently working as a Talent Director at Neopix since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as Vice President at EMCC Serbia and as a Board Member at EMCC Global, both starting in January 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Training & Development Project Manager at NIS Gazprom Neft until April 2022. From September 2018 to February 2021, they held the position of Head Of Personnel Development at DRÄXLMAIER Group. Additionally, they worked as a Pharmacovigilance Assistant at PrimeVigilance Ltd. from March 2018 to September 2018. Nenad has also gained experience in project coordination through various NGO roles from 2011 to 2018. Furthermore, they worked as a Lecturer and Trainer at the Fridrich Ebert Stiftung - Belgrade office from June 2013 to February 2017. Nenad Mišković also has managerial experience from their role as a Manager at Sandbox Studio from July 2015 to February 2016. Lastly, during their time as a student, they held the position of Vice Dean at the Faculty of Philosophy - Novi Sad from April 2008 to April 2009, where they represented and advocated for student interests.

Nenad Mišković completed their Master's Degree in Pedagogy and Educational Psychology at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Philosophy from 2004 to 2011. In 2018, they enrolled at O.L.I. Center for Integrative Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Counseling and Coaching, where they pursued a degree in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, which they completed in 2022. During the same year, they also obtained a degree in Organisational Transactional Analysis - Consultant from Psihopolis Institute. Additionally, in 2018, Nenad completed a program at O.L.I. Center for Integrative Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Counseling and Coaching to become a Trainer of development skills. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Master's Degree in Management in Education, Psychological Sciences, Sociological Sciences, Economic Sciences, and Business from the Association of Centres for Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Studies and Research - ACIMSI. In 2014, Nenad participated in an Annual Seminar on political excellence organized by the Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence (BFPE) and the European Council. Finally, in 2015, they became a Certified Trainer of Political Skills through a program offered by the National Democratic Institute, Office in Serbia.
