Harold Strong

Harold Strong is a seasoned Systems Engineer II at NeoPollard Interactive, with expertise in IT project tracking, leadership of junior staff, and acting as a pre-management escalation point since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior System Engineer at Tech Mahindra, where Harold developed and maintained deployment plans for enterprise releases and communicated risks to management. Previously, as an Enterprise Release Manager at Jackson National Asset Management, Harold managed an enterprise-wide release calendar and improved reporting processes. Earlier roles included a Java Software Developer and a Level IV Student Supervisor at Michigan State University. Harold holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Technology from Michigan State University.
