Nuria de Lucas Martín

Nuria de Lucas Martín is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in business development and strategy. Currently serving as Directora for the Banca Division at EPAM NEORIS since October 2023, Nuria is responsible for the Banco Santander account, focusing on commercial development and Go-to-market strategies. Prior to this role, Nuria held the position of Directora at Sopra Steria from June 2017 to October 2023, primarily concentrating on wholesale banking business development and managing the Banco Santander account. Additionally, a tenure at NEORIS from February 2006 to June 2017 included roles as Sr Business Consulting Manager and Sr Manager, overseeing end-to-end banking projects and managing profitability. Earlier career experiences involved business consulting at Matchmind and corporate banking at AIB.
