Rochele Melo

Rochele Melo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business account management and project management across various sectors, including Oil&Gas, Energy, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Business Account Manager at NEORIS, Rochele focuses on promoting digital technological solutions aimed at achieving sustainability goals. As a co-founder of No More Matildas, Rochele works pro bono to elevate the contributions of overlooked women scientists and encourages girls' interest in STEM fields. Previous roles include managing complex digital transformation projects for heavy-industry companies and specializing in sustainable fashion initiatives. Rochele holds a Master's degree in Strategies and Technologies for Development from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master's in Strategic Design from IED Madrid, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
