Dea Gentner

Dea Gentner is a seasoned IT Project Manager with extensive experience in strategic project management and business analysis across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. IT Project Manager at Neos Consulting Group since October 2018, Gentner collaborates with agency leadership to align policies and procedures with agency goals and legislative requirements, while managing federally and state-mandated projects. Prior experience includes leading technical expansions for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services at Loblolly Consulting and enhancing performance metrics at AMD. Gentner has a solid background in mentoring and training cross-functional teams, defining new processes, and translating business objectives into actionable plans.
