Albert Shaheen has held a variety of roles in the education field since 2009. In 2011, they were a Consultant for Wilridge Distributing. From 2009-2011, they were an EFL Teacher for America-Mideast Educational and Training Services, Inc., teaching seven adult and youth classes of up to 25 students per semester. In 2012, they were a Senior EFL Teacher for British Study Centres, teaching international high school students in B2, A2, and mixed-level classes three hours a day. From 2013-2016, they held multiple roles, including EFL Teacher for EFINST International House, Adjunct ESL Professor for Gateway Community College, and Assistant Director of the English Language Program / ESL Instructor for The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. Albert Shaheen received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Albert'story from Western Connecticut State University between 2002 and 2006. Albert then went on to obtain a Master of Arts - MA in TESOL from Saint Michael's College between 2014 and 2015. In 2009, they obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from Bridge Education Group. In 2012, they obtained a CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages) from the University of Cambridge. In 2019, they obtained a Training for Trainers certification from TESOL International Association and an Innovation and Human-Centered Design certification from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. Finally, in 2020, they obtained a Management Development certification from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
