Matthias Lais is currently the Geschäftsführer at neosfer (ehemals main incubator) where Matthias also holds the title of Investment Manager. Prior to this, Matthias worked at Commerzbank AG as a Portfolio Manager. Matthias obtained their Master of Modern Leadership in Leadership from TAM Akademie GmbH. Matthias also holds a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Düsseldorf and completed their Ausbildung Bankkaufmann at Robert-Schuman-Berufskolleg Essen.
