Natwar Chandak

Natwar Chandak currently serves as the Group CFO at NeoSOFT since October 2018, overseeing the overall finance function. Prior to this role, Natwar founded MyAngelCFO in January 2015, which specializes in transaction advisory services for the healthcare sector in India. From April 2013 to April 2014, Natwar was the DGM Finance at PizzaExpress India, managing the finance department's comprehensive functions. Previously, as Financial Controller at Reliance MediaWorks Ltd. from November 2006 to March 2013, Natwar led the Single Screen Division and handled corporate affairs for the exhibition division. Natwar's career began in audit at Serum Institute of India Limited and included roles at Shoppers Stop Ltd. and Century Rayon. Natwar holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Master's in Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, Natwar has a certification from the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India in finance.
