Rajesh Dua's work experience begins in 2012 when they joined Vinove Software and Services Pvt. Ltd. as the Vice President - Technology & Pre-Sales. Rajesh led the development team, played the role of a software architect, and headed sub-teams consisting of business development managers, business analysts, and documentation experts. Rajesh delivered innovative software solutions for clients in the financial services industry.

In 2014, Rajesh joined Vitaccess as an Advisory Board Member. Rajesh established the company's technical vision, provided strategies for the best technologies and product architecture, and set technical standards and compliance processes.

Also in 2014, Rajesh joined DigitalMark Technologies as the Vice President - Technology. Rajesh established the company's technical vision and led all aspects of technology development. Rajesh also created two Software as a Service (SaaS) products and supervised software development, project planning, and timely deliveries.

Rajesh'smost recent work experience began in 2019 when Rajesh co-founded Neostox and served as the CEO. Neostox is a platform for learning, practicing, and trading with virtual money in live Indian stock markets. The platform has more than 500,000 subscribers and offers features like back-testing and algorithmic trading to help stock traders perfect their strategies.
