Pietro Menghi

Pietro Menghi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Pietro started their career as a Tenant with the Arma dei Carabinieri in 1991 before transitioning to the insurance sector. Menghi worked as a Surety & Credit Underwriter at Unione Italiana di Riassicurazione from 1992 to 1996. Pietro then joined The Hartford (Hartford Re) as an Underwriting and Marketing Manager for Italy from 1996 to 1999. Moving on, Menghi spent significant time at Swiss Re, where they held various positions, including Deputy Head Client Management Italy, Head of Special Lines (Surety, Marine, Engineering, Aviation) Italy, Head of Client Management Italy, and Head of Bancassurance Europe. Pietro worked at Swiss Re from 1999 to 2008. Following this, Menghi joined Willis Re as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Willis Re Southern Europe S.p.A. from 2008 to 2014. Pietro then became the Director of Strategy and Transformation at Willis Global from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, Menghi took on the role of an Insurance Adviser at The Start Network until 2020. Most recently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Neosurance since 2017.

Pietro Menghi completed their secondary education at Liceo Classico Dante Alighieri from 1982 to 1986. Pietro then pursued a degree in Economics at LUISS Business School from 1987 to 1991.
