James A. Johnson is a seasoned financial and organizational leader with over 35 years of experience in accounting, including more than 15 years in government contracting, both for-profit and non-profit. Currently serving as Project Director/Controller at NeoSystems Corp, James applies advanced accounting and project management skills to oversee numerous financial processes and compliance audits. Previously, they held various leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at IFES, where they managed significant organizational growth and improved financial transparency. James holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an AA in Business Administration from Montgomery College. They are also a certified member of the John Maxwell Team and an ordained minister.
