Macky Bah

Macky Bah has extensive work experience in financial and operational roles. Macky started their career as a CFO at Sonopress UK Ltd in 2001, where they managed staff and oversaw business planning, budgeting, and purchasing. Macky also played a key role in optimizing operational resources and implementing cost reduction programs. In 2009, they joined Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA as a CFO & Treasurer, responsible for financial performance assessment, budgeting, and presenting financial reports. Macky later became the VP of Finance, overseeing accounting, financial planning, and purchasing functions. Bah then worked at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Advisor from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Christian Lahoude Studio as a CFO and Head of Operation. Currently, they hold CFO positions at both Neota and ComplianceHR, starting in 2019.

Macky Bah obtained their Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Paris II - Pantheon/Assas, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Macky further pursued their education at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) from 1992 to 1994 and completed a Master 2 in Finance, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
