Anne Rouault

Anne Rouault is an experienced professional specializing in European project management and funding. Currently serving as Chargée de mission projets européens et recherche de financements at NEOTOA since May 2020, Anne previously facilitated the INTERREG France (Channel) England programme at Norfolk County Council from July 2018 to May 2020, fostering cooperation projects between French and English organizations. Additional roles include managing European projects at INTERBIO Nouvelle-Aquitaine, coordinating the DEAL Project for the Conseil Général des Côtes d'Armor, and serving as a European mission apprentice and international relations intern. Anne's educational background includes a Master’s in European Studies and International Relations from CY Cergy Paris Université, along with degrees from University of Lille 1 and Université Rennes 2, complemented by ongoing studies at L'École de design Nantes Atlantique.
