Sophie Donzel

Sophie Donzel currently serves as the Directrice générale at NEOTOA since October 2023. Previously, Sophie held the position of Directrice générale at Espacil from July 2019 to June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Directrice territoriale Grand Ouest at Action Logement from December 2017 to June 2019, and as Cheffe de cabinet for the Ministre du logement et de l'habitat durable from March 2016 to May 2017. Sophie's career has also featured roles as Cheffe de cabinet for the Secrétaire d'Etat au budget and as a conseiller for the Minister of European Affairs, as well as being Maire-Adjointe in Nanterre, focused on economic development and employment from 2008 to 2016. Sophie's early career included working as an assistant at the Senate and as a consultant at IFMO. Educational qualifications include a DESS in social business policies from Sciences Po and an Eco-fi degree from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
