Carlos Arredondo

Carlos Arredondo is an experienced quality engineering professional currently serving as Quality Engineering Manager at Neovasc Inc. since January 2022, having previously held the position of Quality Assurance Engineer at the same company from February 2019 to January 2021. With a strong background in medical device risk assessment, design evaluation, and troubleshooting, Carlos has effectively collaborated with design and operations teams throughout production processes. Prior to Neovasc, Carlos worked as Quality/Continuous Improvement Supervisor and Continuous Improvement Leader at Regency Fireplace Products, where Lean Manufacturing strategies were a primary focus. Additional experience includes roles at Teleflex Medical as Sr. Quality Supervisor, where quality compliance with regulatory agencies was emphasized, and at La Taqueria Pinche Taco Shop as Branch Manager. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Arts with Specialization in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Nuevo Laredo.
