Howin Chan, M.S. OHRD, PHR, currently serves as the Director of People Analytics and Project Management Office (PMO) at Neovia Logistics since August 2013, where the focus is on customer-centric value chain solutions globally. Previous experience includes roles at Flowserve as a Senior Global Employee Management System Analyst, and various positions at Michaels The Arts and Crafts Store, including Lead HRIS Strategy Analyst and Acting HRIS Manager. Howin has extensive expertise in HRIS and has contributed to multiple projects involving Oracle HRMS implementations across numerous countries. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and a Master of Science in Organizational and Human Resource Development from Abilene Christian University, along with diplomas in management and supervisory management.
