Karen Pacella

Karen Pacella is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and business development. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Value in Partnering at Employbridge since July 2017, Karen previously held the position of Western Region Human Resources Manager at Neovia Logistics, a leading global third-party logistics provider. With a tenure at Neovia Logistics beginning in August 2006, Karen has contributed significantly to the organization, which operates 96 facilities in 25 countries. Prior to this, from December 1996 to August 2006, Karen was the Territory Manager for Business Development at Helpmates Staffing Services, where responsibilities included managing a diverse client base and implementing innovative staffing and safety solutions.
