Swetha Mandal

Swetha Mandal has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Swetha served as the Director of Accounting at Neovia Logistics starting in January 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Finance Manager at the same company from March 2018 to December 2020. Swetha also worked as a Finance Manager at Neovia Logistics from December 2016 to August 2017, where they led and mentored various teams and took part in key projects such as centralization of accounting processes and implementation of SOX controls. Before joining Neovia Logistics, Swetha worked as a Manager - Corporate Accounting and Reporting at EXL Service from January 2013 to November 2016. Swetha also had a managerial role at Thomson Reuters from November 2004 to May 2012 and started their career as a Process Expert at Dell from October 2002 to October 2004.

Swetha Mandal completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Chennai University between 1999 and 2002. Additionally, they obtained a CMA certification from the Institute of Management Accountants.
