Carol Zou

Carol Zou has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Most recently, they worked at Neoway Technology Co.,Ltd as a Sales Director, where they played a key role in developing the cellular module business in Southeast Asia and India. Carol established a strong distribution network and sales team in the region. Later, they moved to the Partner Development team as Head of BD, responsible for developing the business structure for major accounts like Amazon and Microsoft.

Prior to that, Carol worked at ZTE Corporation as the Head of HR, where they led the HR department and helped the company find talents during a transformational phase. Carol also implemented a new program for the annual incentive.

Carol also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at ZTE Corporation, where they achieved outstanding results by motivating the sales team and selling nearly 2 million phones with a single device. Before that, they worked as a Senior Device Engineer at ZTEMT and as an Associate Product Manager at Zhongxing, where they contributed to the establishment of a new CDMA mobile division and participated in key contract negotiations with Qualcomm for CDMA license IPR.

Carol Zou began their education in 1994 at the University of Central Lancashire, where they studied electronics. Carol completed their studies in 1997, obtaining a degree in this field. In 1999, Carol attended The University of Manchester, specializing in computation and earning a bachelor's degree in Science in the following year, 2000.
