Harald Simon has extensive experience in business consulting and technical support, currently serving as a Business Consultant at NeoXam since March 2016, specializing in data management and IBOR, project management, business analysis, and change management. Previously, Harald worked at Ipanema Technologies (now part of InfoVista) from March 2012 to March 2016 in various technical support roles, where responsibilities included handling complex customer situations, optimizing network usage, and enhancing support efficiency.
