Sarva Srinivasan

Sarva Srinivasan is an experienced executive in the FinTech sector, currently serving as Head of Group Strategy and Managing Director for the Americas at NeoXam since April 2025. Prior to this, Sarva founded EZOPS Inc. in February 2014 and served as Chief Executive Officer until its acquisition by NeoXam, where the company developed AI-driven products for enhancing operational efficiency in financial institutions. Sarva's earlier career includes roles as Director of Strategic Sales at Calypso Technology, Director of Sales for Financial Services at Quinnox, and Regional Sales Manager for Africa and the Middle East at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited. Education includes a PGDM in Finance and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
