Annika Lamborn

Annika Lamborn has a diverse work experience, with a focus on Human Resources (HR) roles. Annika most recently worked at Nepa, where they held multiple positions including Head of HR and Head of Compliance. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Partner and HR Partner at Nepa. Earlier in their career, Annika worked as a Team Manager and Project Manager at Nepa. Annika also had a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Academic Search International. Their work experience spans from 2007 to the present.

Annika Lamborn attended Leadership Management International in 2013, where they studied Motivational Leadership. In 2012, they also attended Leadership Management International to study Personal Leadership. Prior to that, in 2006 to 2007, they attended Berghs School of Communication, where they studied Marketing Communications.
