Hemant Batajoo

Dr. Batajoo graduated from Manipal College of Medical Sciences, Pokhara in 2002, and completed his Post Graduate degree in General Surgery (MS) from TUTH, Kathmandu in 2008. He worked as Lecturer at Manipal Teaching hospital, Pokhara till 2013 and as Assistant Professor at Dhulikhel Hospital, Dhulikhel, till 2015. He was actively involved in academics & research and GI Surgical procedures. He is also trained in Stomach cancer from Seoul National University Hospital (SNUH), S Korea in 2009 and Fellowship rotation at Tulane University hospital, New Orleans, LA, USA in 2011. He is also trained in Endoscopic procedures from the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology (AIG), Hyderabad, India. He completed a one year fellowship in GI surgery, especially trained in laparoscopic gastrectomy from Yonsei University, S Korea in 2019.
