Kapil Gautam

Kapil Gautam is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in hospital management and operations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Nepal Cancer Hospital and Research Center since April 2023, Kapil previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Silverline Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023. Prior roles include General Manager and Head of Operations at Norvic International Hospital, and Deputy General Manager of Hospital Services, where skills in Six Sigma and ISO standards were demonstrated. Kapil began a career as a Biomedical Engineer at Nepalgunj Medical College from 2002 to 2005.
