Richard Charlton is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of NEPC, LLC, a position held since March 2021 after founding the company in January 1986. With extensive experience in policy guidance, Richard has been instrumental in the company's operations for decades. Richard holds a Doctor of Letters from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit, as well as an MBA from Wayne State University.
