Heather Dague

Heather Dague is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in technology and quality programs within the medical field. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology and Quality Programs at Nephrology Associates Northern Illinois/Indiana since July 2014, Dague has also held several leadership positions in value-based care and information systems. Previous roles include Family Medicine Resident and General Surgery Resident at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and a Pathology Laboratory Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. Dague's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a focus on Biochemistry from Villanova University.
