Andrea Abbott

Andrea Abbott has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Andrea began their career at Nephron Pharmaceuticals in 2011, where they worked as a Secondary Packaging Line Lead and later as an R&D Formulation Specialist. In 2015, they joined Bausch + Lomb as a Sterile Filling Operator. Andrea returned to Nephron Pharmaceuticals in 2017 and took on the role of R&D Formulation Scientist. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Internal Auditor, and in 2023, they became the Senior Manager of Quality Compliance. In the same year, they also started working at Nephron Nitrile as the Head of Quality Engineering. Andrea Abbott has a strong background in quality assurance and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Andrea Abbott attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2021 to 2024, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Organizational Leadership. In addition, Andrea obtained several certifications including Developing Effective Teams and The Essentials of Managing Conflict from Sophia Learning, as well as Foundations of Leadership Certificates 1 and 2 from The National Society of Leadership and Success. Andrea also received recognition for academic excellence, making the President's List during the Fall of 2021 and Winter of 2022 at Southern New Hampshire University.
