Marta Hoppe

Marta Hoppe is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at neptune.ai since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Recruiter at Google, where Marta specialized in technology, marketing, and HR recruitment from October 2021 to December 2023, and as a Principal Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Informatica from February 2019 to October 2021. Marta began her career at Unamo, progressing from Operations Manager to HR Manager, and later becoming the VP People Operations. Additional roles include Team Growth Dev at Base CRM and Technology Recruitment and Acquisition Specialist at itContracting. Marta holds a Master of Laws (LLM) and a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and the University of Glasgow, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree in Archeology from the University of Warsaw. Currently, Marta is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Agriculture at Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
