Julia Gray, PE, is a seasoned professional in environmental engineering and project management with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Neptune and Company, Inc., Julia also owns and leads To the Field, LLC, providing consulting and engineering services. Julia's prior positions include Regional Manager at Engineering/Remediation Resources Group, Inc., and Project Manager at multiple organizations managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects funded by the State Revolving Funds programs.
