Melissa Griese

Melissa Griese has held various roles throughout their work experience. Melissa currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Neptune and Company, Inc. since October 2020. Previously, they worked at Volleyball of the Rockies, Inc. as a Controller from September 1998 onwards, where they played a crucial role in the company's 1000% revenue growth. Melissa designed and implemented financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and prepared monthly financial statements for presentation. Prior to that, Melissa worked as a Controller at Pacific Telesis Group, which was later acquired by AT&T. In this role, they managed an accounting department, handled payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and prepared financial statements. Melissa also collaborated with the finance department to prepare the annual budget. Melissa's work experience spans over several years and demonstrates their expertise in financial management and strategic planning.

Melissa Griese holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
