Jonille A. Thompson is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in the wine and culinary industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Representative at Neptune Flood Insurance since October 2022, Jonille has previously held various managerial and sales positions at Vine & Company, including Team Manager and Assistant Store Manager. With a foundation in customer engagement from roles at Lenz Winery and other wine-related positions, Jonille has demonstrated expertise in providing exceptional service and education in wine tasting experiences. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Brooklyn College and a Certificate in Wine Studies from The Sommelier Society of America, complemented by studies in Culinary Arts and an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts.
