Bill Evans has over 30 years of experience in product development for diagnostic and therapeutic devices, working with startups to Fortune 50 companies. As Vice President of Product Management at Neptune Medical since 2020, their focus is on expanding the pipeline for Dynamic Rigidization technology. Bill also holds the same role at Triton Medical Robotics, a division of Neptune, where they are involved in building a fully flexible medical robot. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2020, Bill was a Business Advisor to Creative Services Firms at Bolster Advisors, providing guidance on improving business operations. Bill is the founder and former President of Bridge Design, a Medtech and Digital Health product design and engineering consultancy, where they positioned the company as a leader in the field and maintained staff retention despite strong competition. Bill also served as an Editorial Advisory Board member at UBM Canon and was a speaker at trade show events and webinars. Bill started their career as a VP at Lunar Design, where they worked from 1988 to 1992.
Bill Evans attended Middlesex Polytechnic where they pursued a BSc in Society and Technology with a focus on interdisciplinary studies in Science, Technology, and Social Science. Bill then went on to study at Imperial College London, completing a DIC master level program in Industrial Design Engineering in conjunction with their studies at the Royal College of Art (RCA) where they pursued a joint Masters (MDes) course.
