David Katz

David Katz is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and technology leadership. Currently serving as Founding Engineer at Neptyne since March 2022, Katz focuses on making spreadsheets programmable. Prior roles include Tech Lead and Staff Software Engineer at Walmart, where responsibilities spanned logistics and routing as well as in-home delivery initiatives. Katz's experience also includes software engineering positions at Sidewalk Labs and Google, along with various internships at NVIDIA, ZocDoc, and Staples. Katz holds both a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with a Computer Engineering track from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, completed in 2015.
