Anar Huseynov

Anar Huseynov has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anar started their career as a Chief Marketing Specialist at "Khatt-Research" Marketing Company in 2001. Anar then worked as the Director of Marketing Department at Bank Respublika from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they became the Director of Marketing & Business Development Department at DemirBank from 2009 to 2014. Anar then joined PASHA Bank OJSC as the Head of Marketing and Head of Corporate Product Development Divisions from 2014 to 2017. Anar Huseynov also held the position of Director of PR Department at Nobel Energy Group, where they managed PR and corporate communication activities from 2017 to 2019. Anar concurrently served as the Managing Director of a private company during this time. Anar then joined NEQSOL Holding in 2017 as the PR & Corporate Communications Director, where they managed various PR and branding activities. Anar Huseynov is also involved in teaching and consulting in the field of marketing and business development. Anar served as an Adjunct Lecturer and Freelance Trainer at several educational and training centers from 2013 onwards. Currently, they hold the positions of CELA Azerbaijan Country Consul and CELA Azerbaijan Country Director at CELA - Central Eurasia Leadership Alliance.

Anar Huseynov has an extensive education history spanning over several years. In 1998, they obtained a degree in Economics, Finance, and Banking from Azerbaijan State University of Economics • UNEC. In 2013, they completed the Manager Training Programme at IHK Akademie for Munich and Upper Bavaria, Germany.

In 2014, Anar pursued an Executive MBA at Maastricht School of Management, specializing in International Business. Anar also completed an Executive MBA from ADA University during the same period.

Continuing their professional development, Anar attended various leadership development programs. In 2017, they participated in the CELA Leadership Academy offered by the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF) and the Central Eurasia Leadership Alliance (CELA). In 2021, they completed the MIT Sloan Leadership Program at MIT Sloan Executive Education and the Adaptive Strategic Execution Program (ASEP) at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.

In 2022, Anar further enhanced their leadership skills by undertaking the Harvard ManageMentor Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Anar also completed the NEQSOL Leadership Journey Program, offered by NEQSOL Academy, K2C, and CrossKnowledge.

Additionally, Anar holds multiple certifications. Anar obtained the "Managerial Skills in Banking" certification from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi in November 2016. In November 2015, they received the "Customer Experience Management" certification from Allan Lloyds. Furthermore, they were a finalist in the "Yukselish" Managerial Competition in July 2021.
