Elchin Rahimov

Elchin Rahimov began their work experience in 2001 as an IT Specialist at Aden Kırtasiye. Elchin then worked as an ICT Engineer at Azersun Holding from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Nobel Energy, starting as a Senior ICT Engineer and later becoming an ICT Manager and Group ICT Manager. During their time at Nobel Energy, they built server infrastructures, developed and implemented information security management systems, managed ICT services, and oversaw the development and implementation of business application projects. In 2017, Rahimov became the Head of Information Security at NEQSOL HOLDING, where they integrated business and information security strategies, developed cyber-security strategies, and designed IT risk management security programs.

Elchin Rahimov attended Baku State University from 1995 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economical Cybernetics.
