Narmina N. Gardashkhanova

Narmina N. Gardashkhanova has extensive work experience in corporate governance, ethics, compliance, and auditing. Narmina is currently the Corporate Governance, Ethics & Compliance Department Head at NEQSOL HOLDING since October 2021. Prior to this, they were the Corporate Governance, Ethics & Compliance Manager at the same company from July 2019 to September 2021.

Before joining NEQSOL HOLDING, Narmina worked as the Ethics & Compliance Officer, Group at Nobel Oil Services (UK) Ltd from August 2016 to June 2019.

Narmina also has experience with Bahar Energy Operating Company Limited, where they held the positions of Ethics & Compliance Director from April 2014 to July 2016, Internal Audit Manager Deputy from October 2013 to March 2014, and Internal Audit Chief Specialist from March 2013 to September 2013.

In addition, Narmina has worked at Schlumberger, where they held various roles including Contracts Analyst, Accounts Receivable Supervisor, Sales & Billing Process Mentor, Internal Auditor, Management Accountant, Receivable Accountant, Business Systems Assistant, and Segment Administrator from 2008 to 2013.

Narmina began their professional career as the Branch Manager Business & Accounting Assistant at Marubeni-Itochu Tubulars Asia Pte Ltd from January 2007 to September 2007.

Narmina N. Gardashkhanova completed their secondary education at Secondary School #6 from 1991 to 2001. Narmina then attended Baku State University from 2001 to 2005, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Law.

In addition to their formal education, Narmina has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they completed the "Non-Financial Managers I: Accounting, Analysis Budget" program at EY. In 2016, they obtained the "ICA Certificate in Compliance (Level 1)" from the International Compliance Association. In 2017, they attended the "Master class on ISO 37001:2016" organized by BSI and completed the "Unethical Decision Making in Organizations" course through Coursera Course Certificates. In 2018, they achieved the "ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification" from SGS and attended the "BAFT Financial Crime Compliance Workshop" offered by BAFT. In 2019, they participated in "The 7 Habits for Managers Training Programme" provided by FranklinCovey.

Continuing their professional development, Narmina obtained multiple certifications in 2021 and 2022. These include the "ISO 37001:2016 Anti-bribery Management System Internal Auditor" and "ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management Introduction and Implementation" from BSI in 2021, as well as the "ISO 37001:2016 Anti-bribery Management Systems Lead Auditor Training Course" from BSI in 2021. In 2022, they completed the "Compliance Control and Risk Management. Best UK practice" program from Global Practice Ltd and the "Leadership Development Program by MIT SMR" at NEQSOL Academy. Narmina also obtained the "Leadership Journey Program" certification from K2C Danışmanlık in the same year.
