Rafael Abdullayev

Rafael Abdullayev is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and compensation and benefits. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at NEQSOL HOLDING since December 2020, Rafael focuses on talent acquisition and reward management. Previously, Rafael held various leadership roles at Azersun Holding from April 2010 to July 2018, including Director of Organizational Development and the Compensation & Benefits Department, where responsibilities encompassed organizational career management, job evaluation, and performance evaluation. Earlier career experiences include a role as Brand Manager at Kia Motors Azerbaijan. Rafael holds an Executive MBA from ADA University and an MBA in International Business from Maastricht School of Management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in International Law from Baku State University.
