Kristopher Boushie

Kristopher Boushie is the current Director at NERA Economic Consulting. Kristopher has over 29 years of experience in the field of consulting, with a focus on intellectual property and damages. Prior to their current position, Mr. Boushie served as the Senior Vice President at CapAnalysis Group LLC from January 1990 to December 2006. Kristopher was also the Managing Director at Ankura Consulting from March 2018 to December 2019. Mr. Boushie has a wealth of experience in assisting clients with fact and expert discovery, providing pre-trial damage assessments and settlement scenarios/analyses, identifying potential testifying experts, working extensively with client personnel on damages discovery and identifying possible 30(b)(6) deponents, working with the testifying expert to make sure they had documentary and fact witness support for their damage analyses, and assisting counsel at depositions and trial. Kristopher has also testified on Howrey arbitration matters and assisted in mediation. Mr. Boushie's experience and knowledge make him a valuable asset to NERA Economic Consulting.

Kristopher Boushie has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Allegheny College, a Masters of Accountancy from The George Washington University, and a High School Diploma from Guilford High School. Kristopher also has certification from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts as a Certified Valuation Analyst, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners as a Certified Fraud Examiner, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a Certified Public Accountant/Accredited in Business Valuation/Certified in Financial Forensics.
