Youfei Chang

Youfei Chang is a Senior Consultant in NERA's Securities and Finance Practice. Previously, she was an Assistant Professor at Duke University where she taught financial accounting and conducted research in the economic consequences of shareholder takeover defenses as well as the strategic behavior of equity research analysts. Dr. Chang also has a wealth of industry experience which includes validation of statistical models in the banking industry, financial statement audits, and tax advisory with various public accounting firms.
