Bilal Saleem

Bilal Saleem is an experienced telecommunications professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Pre-sales at Nera Telecommunications Ltd since May 2018, Bilal leads the pre-sales initiative for the Network Infrastructure business segment in Pakistan, focusing on project development and team building for long-term delivery. Prior roles include Senior Manager of IP Operations at PTCL and Manager IPT Network at Nokia Siemens Networks, where Bilal managed nationwide IP security and operations while ensuring SLA compliance. Bilal's earlier experience includes significant positions at Ufone, Pak Telecom Mobile Limited, and National Engineers, encompassing network design, optimization, and technical support. Bilal holds an Executive MBA in Financial Risk Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Communications from reputable institutions in Pakistan.
