Kay Heuser is a seasoned professional in environmental management, currently serving as a Senior Programme Manager at the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) since September 2015, overseeing the Pollution and Health portfolio within the Environmental Hazards and Health Team. Prior roles at NERC include Programme Manager for Strategic Programme Delivery focusing on resilient environments and Innovation Programme Officer, where key contributions involved collaborative initiatives like the India-UK Water Quality programme and various programmes addressing plastic waste.
