Olaf Hichwa

Olaf Hichwa is a Co-Founder and CTO at Neros Technologies since May 2023, focusing on unmanned superiority at scale with a global customer base. Previously, Olaf served as a Hardware Systems Engineer at Skywalk Inc. from September 2022 to August 2023, contributing to innovative computer interaction alongside Stanford graduates and helping the company secure over $1 million in funding. Olaf's experience also includes a Hardware Engineering Consultant role designing a gesture recognition wearable system, and positions at Rochester Institute of Technology as a Teaching Assistant and Student Researcher. Earlier, Olaf gained practical skills as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Advanced Geolocation Solutions, LLC, a Printed Circuit Board Designer for Globally Unified Air Quality, and as the Founder of OlaFPV.com, which specialized in high-end drone racing equipment. Education culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
